Partner operator Space 1 will serve as the service operator for office spaces totaling 4,400 sq. m in SberIndias under-construction office in New Delhi. Space 1 is a Russian company with international experience and is among the leaders in the market of service operators for flexible office spaces. Earlier, Sber acquired two under-construction towers at Bharat Business Park, with a total area of 48,000 sq. m. They will house the banks headquarters in India, as well as the Russian-Indian Business Center, featuring offices for companies from both countries. As part of the partnership, Space 1 will prepare part of the premises for tenants and offer fully ready-to-use offices -- with furniture, engineering infrastructure, and IT infrastructure. Space 1 is an international network of service offices for corporate clients. The company creates fully ready-to-use workspaces and ensures their ongoing operation, including technical maintenance, cleaning services, IT infrastructure, and client service. The network is present in Moscow and Dubai, and will also launch operations in India starting in 2028.
