π Tender Overview
Since the establishment of the Regional Employment Centres (RAV), the world of work and thus also the environment of public employment services (RAV) has changed considerably. In order to meet the new needs of job seekers and employers, the Supervisory Commission for the Unemployment Insurance Compensation Fund (AK ALV) adopted the "Strategy ΓΆAV 2030" in the summer of 2023, a concise and motivating target image with three areas of impact. On September 14, 2023, this strategy was published on the arbeit.swiss portal.
Recruitment behaviour and employers' expectations of public pensions have changed in recent years. And the needs of job seekers have also become more diverse and multi-layered. Accordingly, public health insurance must continuously adapt its services to the changing labour market and socio-political conditions. Major trends such as digital transformation, demographic development or immigration are also having an impact on public health insurance. In addition, the redesign of the information system "Job Placement and Labour Market Statistics (AVAM)" is a major project in which it must be clear in which direction public security will develop in the coming years.
A project team consisting of representatives of the cantonal labour market authorities and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) has jointly developed the central elements of the "Public Employment Strategy 2030". It formulates the mission and vision of the public pension scheme for the period up to 2030. The strategy focuses on three areas of impact:
Develop labour market knowledge in a targeted manner and offer effective placement,
Focus on, individualize and professionalize personal advice for job seekers and
Offer integrated, end-to-end digital solutions.
For each of the three areas of activity, the AK ALV has adopted four strategic goals and thus defines the priorities that need to be implemented with concrete projects and measures over the next seven years.
