In addition, problems in decentralizing administrative procedures and mineral and energy planning continue to affect licensing and investment implementation of projects, especially in the mineral sector. In early July, storms and heavy rains in Quang Ninh also directly impacted the coal mining activities of many units in the Group. Faced with these difficulties, units throughout the Group strictly implemented operating discipline and proactively deployed synchronous production solutions, thanks to which production and business targets for July 2026 were basically completed as planned, production and business efficiency was guaranteed, and consolidated profits exceeded the plan. Specifically: Raw coal production is estimated at 2.793 million tons, equal to 103.0% of the plan; Accumulated 7 months reached 22.391 million tons. Finished coal production is estimated at 3.255 million tons, equal to 101.7% of the plan; Accumulated 7 months reached 22.986 million tons.
