The Ministry of Finance has published a project to change the peculiarities of customs formalities in the use of simplification Location Procedure.
On March 13, 2025, the Ministry of Finance is a project to be submitted to the Ministry of Finance. Recall that it approved the peculiarities of execution of customs formalities in the use of simplification Procedure for location.
As stated in the explanatory note, changes were developed in order to implement the provisions of the Law On Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine on the implementation of certain provisions of the Customs Code of the European Union. In particular, it is provided:
simplification determined for homogeneous goods that were transported to an authorized object without packaging (filling, embankment or in bulk) or in industrial large packaging for goods having a bulk consistency; application of temporary storage declaration; The possibility of carrying out customs formalities directly at the authorized object by an official of another customs authority, determined by the State Customs Service, if the authorized object is placed at a considerable distance from the actual location of the customs authority, which is responsible for the execution of customs formalities on such object.
In case of approval, this order will enter into force on the date of its official publication, except for paragraphs 1, 2 of this order, which will come into force simultaneously with the entry into force of Law No. 3926-IX, but not earlier than the day of official publication of this order.
