this tuesday, january 14, the national director of transfers and data analysis of mides, antonio manzi, reported on the new management that users must carry out and how to access the registration form that was implemented in january on the agency's website. regarding the use of the digital platform, he indicated that it will provide greater security for transactions, in terms of identification of people. when making the purchase, the seller is coordinated, informing them of the subsidy, and the seller, from their app, verifies the user's identity and confirms the transaction, he added.
the subsidy gives beneficiaries the possibility of acquiring up to two refills of 13-kilogram bottles per month, with a maximum of 12 per year, by applying a 50% discount on each purchase. those who receive family allowances, holders of the uruguay social card and old-age assistance, all benefits associated with mides, some jointly with the social security bank, can access it.
