Current issues of further development of multifaceted cooperation were discussed during a telephone conversation between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and the Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mansour Al Nahyan.
Sheikh Mansour Al Nahyan warmly congratulated the President of Uzbekistan on his birthday, sincerely wishing him good health, prosperity, and great success. He also conveyed greetings and best wishes on behalf of the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed Al Nahyan.
It was noted with satisfaction that relations between Uzbekistan and the UAE have reached the highest level in recent years. The trade turnover is growing dynamically, and the number of joint ventures is increasing. The portfolio of investment projects exceeds $4 billion.
The importance of careful preparation for the upcoming events at the highest level, filling them with new, practical content, primarily in the economic and investment spheres, was noted.
In this context, special attention was paid to holding meetings of government delegations of the two countries these days to develop concrete proposals and promising projects.
