The State Bank issued Decision No. 528 QD-NHNN promulgating the Action Plan of the State Bank to implement the Governments Resolution No. 17 NQ-CP on tasks and awards. Legal focus on e-Government development in the period of 2019-2020 orientation to 2025. Accordingly the goal of the Plan is to improve the e-Government architecture at the State Bank in order to modernize the management and administration of banking operations to meet the requirements of Resolution 17 NQ-CP of Government and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the State Banks operations and the quality of serving people and businesses e-Government development at the State Bank based on open data and data geared towards Digital Government digital economy and digital society ensuring information security and network security contributing to increasing the ranking of e-Government according to the assessment of the United Nations by 2025 Vietnam will be placed in the group of 4 countries leading ASEAN in the ranking of e-Government.The plan also provides a number of key indicators of which the period of 2019-2020 focuses on the following contents Rate of online settlement of the total number of dossiers of administrative procedures settlement of the Bank. water reaches 20 or more 100 of dossiers of administrative procedures are handled through the electronic one-stop information system of the State Bank 100 of public services are supported to answer questions for people and businesses publicity of peoples satisfaction when using online public services on the Public Service Portal of the State Bank The electronic information portal of the State Bank discloses complete information in accordance with the Decree No. 432011 ND-CP dated June 13 2011 of the Government 50 of online public services handled by electronic records.For the period of 2021-2025 focus on the following contents Public Service Portal Electronic one-stop information system of the State Bank to connect and share data with the national Public Service Portal 100 of the popular level 3.4 online public services involving many people businesses are integrated into the national public service portal 100 of transactions on the Public Service Portal and one-stop information system of the State Bank are electronically authenticated Public Service Portal The State Bank provides interfaces for mobile devices 20 of online public services use digital signatures on mobile platforms to implement administrative procedures The rate of dossiers handled by online public services at level 3.4 on the total number of dossiers reaches 50 or more 80 of administrative procedures meet the requirements of deploying online public services at level 3.4.In addition a number of specific tasks and implementation solutions are also included in the Action Plan. The decision takes effect from the date of signing replacing Decision No. 01a QD-NHNN dated January 4 2016 of the Governor of the State Bank issuing the implementation plan of Resolution No. 36a NQ-CP. of the Government on e-Government at the State Bank.
