Project scope and objective
The project consists of a senior secured loan of up to US$150 million to Plaza Logística S.R.L., a company incorporated under the laws of Argentina. Plaza Logística is a leading developer and operator of logistics infrastructure in Argentina. The company specializes in the design, construction, and management of Class A logistics parks, strategically located to support efficient supply chains throughout the country, with a strong focus on e-commerce and last-mile delivery. Its facilities are built to international standards, incorporating sustainable building certifications and cutting-edge technology to optimize operations and reduce environmental impact.
The loan proceeds will be used to acquire land, build new logistics parks, expand and modernize existing storage facilities, and reimburse capital investments related to ongoing warehouse developments in the Greater Buenos Aires region.
