Project Description
The proposed investment consists of a US$200 million financing package to Banco Agricola S.A. in El Salvador, composed of: 1) an up to US$115 million senior unsecured A loan for IFC's own account (IFC A Loan), to be committed in one single tranche; and 2) an up to US$85 million senior unsecured B Loan (B Loan), split into two tranches: (i) tranche 1: up to US$35 million, to be committed at the moment of the IFC A Loan commitment; and (ii) tranche 2: up to US$50 million, to be committed within up to 18 months after Tranche 1.
