Project scope and objective
Productive Business Solutions ( PBS , the Client , the Company ), is the leading information technology ( IT ) distribution company in the Caribbean, Central and South America with operations in several countries. The Company distributes IT products and offers services such as document management and software integration to leading companies and governmental agencies in the region. The operation in Barbados (the Project ), serving as the primary beneficiary, aims to utilize funds for capital expenditures ( CAPEX ), working capital, debt refinancing and other general corporate purposes throughout the Caribbean (collectively the Group ).
