Scope of Work:
Construction of 500 beds Super Specialty Hospital in Oshiwara, Mumbai.
Description:
The new facility, slated to feature over 500 beds, aims to provide cutting-edge medical treatments and services to the city's residents and surrounding areas. The investment will be evenly split between debt financing and internal accruals. With regulatory approvals pending, the hospital's construction is expected to span three to four years. This move marks a major step in Medantaβs expansion strategy, which also includes planned hospital expansions across India.
