The most relevant of these are new employment creation demonstration effects upstream linkages with suppliers a favorable multiplier effect in the region and most importantly improved and expanded provision of health care for the public.Environmental Classification and Impact summaryAccording to IFC EBRD EIB BSTDB and Equator Principles III categorizations the Project is likely to fall into category B B for BSTDB. The categorization is not final and will be confirmed at a later stage. ESDD will be carried out by the LTA and will include a review of the design and operational standards of containment areas and laboratories in order to confirm compliance with WHO guidelines for bio- safety. All the key ES issues will be addressed through a project- specific ESAP.
