Shahbulag Mining subsidiary AzCement has launched a new cement plant project in Askeran village, Khojali district.
The AzCement cement plant with a production capacity of 60,000t/yr will provide jobs for 70 people. The enterprise will contribute to strengthening the infrastructure and industrial potential of the liberated territories, as well as economic growth of the region.
