Cizre Dam HEPP is a 331MW hydro power project. It is planned on Tigris river/basin in Sirnak, Turkey. It will be developed in a single phase. The project construction is likely to commence in 2017 and is expected to enter into commercial operation in 2026.
Description
The project is being developed and currently owned by Enerse Energy Group.
The hydro reservoir capacity is planned to be 35 million cubic meter. The project is expected to generate 987 GWh of electricity.
The hydro power project consists of 4 turbines.
Development status
The project construction is expected to commence from 2017. Subsequent to that it will enter into commercial operation by 2026.
