Operation exploitation conservation and maintenance of the Perote Bypass high specification federal highway with a length of 17.58 km originating in km 94 000 of the federal highway Acatzingo-Zacatepec-Perote-Jalapa and termination at km 111 581 of the same highway in Veracruz. It includes the right of way auxiliary services accessories works and constructions. The validity of the concession is 30 years.The condition relating to the concessions bylaws is modified. OHL Concesiones Mxico SA de CV is included in the share capital. The concession period is extended to 60 years for the highway and 40 years for the release.
