The validity of the concession is 11 years 9 months. The term of the concession is extended to 30 years. The concession is terminated only for the section of km 147 800 which is the point at which the junction between the Tijuana-Rosarito 2000 corridor and the concessioned highway begins until km 153 300 which is the end of the same. Therefore the concession consists in the construction exploitation and conservation of the sub-section of 29.8 km in length between km 118 000 to 147 800 considering the origin in Mexicali of the Tijuana-Tecate section including the Libramiento de Tecate the Mexicali-Tijuana highway. An extension of the concession is granted as of 11292019 for the period necessary for the concessionaire to recover the investments made without exceeding the maximum term of 30 years.
