Project Description
IFC will provide transaction advisory services to the the Instituto de Caminos y Construcciones de Cundinamarca ("ICCU") and the Fondo de Desarrollo de Proyectos de Cundinamarca ("FONDECÚN") (jointly the "Client"), to structure a road PPP. As lead transaction advisor, IFC will work with the Client to structure the PPP and implement a competitive tender to select a qualified private sector partner that will improve, enhance, rehabilitate, build, operate and maintain the Chia-Mosquera-La Mesa-Girardot brownfield corridor.
