Description: The Tianbao and Shicun areas of Guyijing Community are typical urban villages, with 123 registered households and a registered population of 550. The permanent population is 1,297 and the migrant population is about 900. Since this area is located on one side of the ring road and is crossed by high-voltage lines, it is designated as landscape land in urban planning. The villagers have been looking forward to being demolished before, but there are no demolition plans in the near or long term. The local villagers are very dissatisfied. At present, most of the villagers' houses are rented out to migrant workers. At present, the entire area is under closed property management, with basic services provided by the street property management company. There is no classification of garbage. The daily domestic waste output is 1.6 tons, and the annual garbage volume is about 600 tons. There are two collection points for recyclables in the village, which are managed by outsiders andthe government does not intervene in the management.
Since the land has two subway stations that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes, and by car in 5 minutes, you can reach the "rich area" in south Nanjing Hexi. It is the closest urban village to Nanjing city; there are ponds, vegetable fields, and The river has certain natural resource advantages, and some business activities can be carried out in the future, with the possibility of increasing the villagers' income.
