Project Description
EUR 15m equity investment into common equity via primary capital increase to be used for further growth in Poland and across CEE region. Additional EUR 10m uncommitted tranche for potential future capital increases subject to Management (Ops Com) approval.

Project Objectives
The investment will support Sportano's next phase of growth and digital transformation. The value creation plan will focus on continued expansion across Poland and international markets, enhanced customer engagement, further technology investment and improved inventory management. Additionally, the Company has also committed to additional actions included in the Corporate Governance and Environmental and Social Action Plans.
