The provision of a senior secured loan of up to US$ 2.4 million to Individual Enterprise "Tach Hil", a Turkmenistan-based manufacturer of wet wipes and personal care products, to finance its expansion.
Project Objectives
The Project will remove production bottlenecks, increase efficiency, and diversify the product range
for exports. The Project will also expand the Borrower's ability to recycle plastic wastes through
investment in modern equipment helping to reduce its environmental footprint.
