This Public sector Financing Facility (PFF) will partially finance eligible investments within Vantaa’s seven districts with significant cultural diversity, in particular in the districts of Hakunila, Koivukylä and Myyrmäki, where the proportion of residents with foreign backgrounds is around 30% and above. The investments will include the construction and renovation of schools (55% of investments) and daycare facilities (45%).
