Project Description
The proposed is an equity investment of up to RMB270 million (US$37 million equivalent) in Fosun United Health Insurance Co., Ltd. (Fosun United, or the Company), a licensed health insurance company established in 2017 and offering critical illness insurance, medical insurance, and accidental insurance in China. The Company was jointly initiated by Fosun International, a leading private sector conglomerate in China, and five other domestic shareholders.
