Scope : To Set up Commercial Complex 'Golden Grande' Project in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Ashrai Infra has announced its flagship project, 'Golden Grande' in Greater Noida (West). Spread over an area of 25 acres, the IT/ITES project is envisaged as an exceptional destination which integrates retail, office space, and dining experiences in Delhi NCR. Ashrai Infra is investing Rs 1,284 crore in the development, with an initial investment of Rs 631 crore to be deployed in the first phase of the project.
The iconic project boasts of a three-side open luxury retail space, with a frontage of 900 mtrs, thus creating a seamless fusion of working, shopping, and dining experiences. The project will have designated charging stations for electric vehicles (EVs), solar-energy backup and a zero-liquid waste discharge system, along with the latest security and safety standards in place. It boasts of eight acres of green landscape and the project is LEEDS and GRIHA-certified for its global design and concept.
The project, situated in one of the largest tech zones, is expected to leverage a five-km radius of catchment area and an estimated population of over 10 lakh, and further locational advantages include proximity to the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) and Noida International Airport, and connectivity with Delhi-Meerut Expressway, FNG Expressway, DND Flyway and Kisan Chowk Metro Station.
