Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) with PVP Ventures for a residential project at Perambur, Chennai. This entails developing a high-rise structure on 2.5 million sq. ft. as part of the developer's expansion plans in Chennai.
Spread across 16 acres, the project has a revenue potential of about Rs 2,000 crore. The company has taken the undeveloped land portion of the project belonging to PVP.
