Scope : To Set up High-Voltage Batteries Assembly Site in Mexico

BMW, plans to set up new assembly site on continent to build its sixth-generation high-voltage batteries.

Assembly plant for the batteries are currently under construction in Mexico, a "local for local" approach would help it ensure production could continue even when unexpected political or economic events take place.
