Project Description
EBRD to provide a loan to HTEC doo Beograd ("HTEC" or the "Borrower") in the amount of up to €60 million to finance further expansion through acquisitions.

Project Objectives
EBRD to provide additional support to HTEC on its growth path through financing of new acquisitions, aimed to further improve HTEC's competitiveness and productivity and continued enhancement of its governance structures.
