The Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Food Safety, Veterinary Sector, and Plant Protection (hereinafter the Administration) is setting up an information system to ensure the traceability on the use of antimicrobial medicinal products in line with the Regulation (EU) 2019/6 and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/578. The implementation of collecting and reporting on use of antimicrobials in animals requires great efforts from various stakeholders, namely from The Administration, and from around 190 different veterinary organizations. The recruited staff will be involved with following activities: to support the development of national data collection system on the use of antimicrobial medical products per animal species; put in place a data quality management plan, that comprises management procedures including procedures for quality assurance, validation, and quality control, and update of data management plan for sales and use of antimicrobial medical products, timely report to EMA on volume on the use of antimicrobial products per animal species, etc.
