Scope :
The objective of the project is to strengthen infectious waste treatment at 29 public health facilities by installing medical waste incinerators, thereby contributing to the reduction of health hazards. This project will contribute to the achievement of SDGs Goal 3 (Good health and well-being).
Target region, facilities Provinces of Banteay-Meanchey, Battambang, Kampong Cham, Kampong Chhnang, Kampot, Kandal, Kratie, Prey Veng, Siemreap, Svay Rieng
Specific project details (provisional) : Facility improvement/equipment procurement
Procurement and installation of 29 incinerators.
Consulting services : Detailed design work, bidding assistance, construction/procurement supervision, training for operation and maintenance of equipment
