To Install 141.6MW Baza wind farm cluster in the southern Spanish province of Granada.
Description:
Aquila Clean Energy has placed an order with Nordex for a further delivery of 24 turbines in Spain. In addition to 21 units with a combined output of 124MW ordered for the Baza wind farm cluster in June 2024, the manufacturer will also supply additional N163/5.X machines with a total capacity of 141.6MW for this project. This second order also includes a Premium Service contract with a term of 20 years. The Baza cluster, located in the southern Spanish province of Granada, will thus ultimately consist of 45 N163/5.X models with a total nominal output of over 265MW following planned commissioning in 2026.
