project will enable valorization of large quantities of propane produced locally by transforming it into polypropylene, a plastic for which demand is strongly growing.
Production from the Issouane conventional gas development project is expected to begin in 2027 and is forecast to peak in 2030, to approximately 1,002 bpd of crude oil and condensate, 41 Mmcfd of natural gas and 346 bpd of natural gas liquids. Based on economic assumptions, the production will continue until the field reaches its economic limit in 2062.
