The Motherson Sumi Infotech and Designs is planning to develop an IT/ITES Park at Sector-156, Noida in Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh.
The park will come up over 4.94 acres of land parcel and will have two towers of 13 and 16 floors including parking provision.
In November 2022, the project received environment clearance from State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Uttar Pradesh.
Work on the project is expected to commence by early-2023.
The company expects to complete the project by end-2026.
