Scope :

The growing population in Jeddah leads to the increase of water needed to meet municipal demand requirements, resulting in 1.75M m3/d in 2022. With a 3-day target and the need for additional storage capacity to receive water from Rabigh and Shuaibah due to the phase-out of the Jeddah plants, As such, a storage capacity gap of 5.00M m3 should be filled in 2022 through construction of new strategic reservoirs.
