Project Description

The proposed investment consists of an up to US$25 million senior secured financing equivalent in Turkish Lira (TL) to a special purpose vehicle (the Trust ) serviced by Tarfin Tarim S.A. ( Tarfin or the Company ). The Trust will acquire short-term working capital receivables originated by Tarfin to small holder farmers in Türkiye. Those assets are expected to be the only source of repayment for the IFC financing (the Project).
