Scope of WorkTo Build Mixed-use project in New Minia.DescriptionThe project spanning an area of 310 acres would be completed in six phases by 2026. Local company Planning Architecture Office PAO has been contracted to design the projects master and architectural plans. The residential component would account for 60 percent of the project with commercial components making up the rest. The project launch date has not been disclosed but it would include residences schools a university a hospital medical and office buildings a hotel and a shopping mall.
