New Hospital North Tender

Scope of Work:
Construction of New Hospital in North Obhur in Jeddah.

Description:
The New Hospital will be built on a land owned by the International Medical Center Company in North Obhur in Jeddah for the purpose of establishing a new integrated hospital (various specialities). The total value of the two agreements is 21 million Saudi Riyals. The first agreement is with Dar Al-Handasah Company (for hospital design). The duration of the contract is 8 months. The Second agreement is with Midrar General Construction Limited (for project management). The duration of the contract is 31months. The New Hospital will be constructed on total area estimated at 20,800 sqm. Laying the foundation stone for this new hospital will begin after completing the necessary studies and after getting the necessary official approvals.
