Scope : 14th Overpass Design
PROJECT DESCRIPTION/JUSTIFICATION : Construct a Complete Streets railroad overpass along the 14th Street corridor connecting Washington Avenue and Cedar Street, which will provide automobiles, pedestrians and bikers with unimpeded access to the Kerper Industrial Park, Dove Harbor Industrial Area, redeveloped 16th Street corridor, tourism and recreational amenities on Chaplain Schmidt Island, and U.S. Route 61/151 into Wisconsin.
