In order to deepen the results of the "Paraguay Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Counseling System Capability Building Project" (coaching project) and reduce the financing difficulties encountered by small and medium-sized enterprises in Brazil, the Association and the famous social influence reputation, which has been established for more than 30 years The "Paraguay Foundation" cooperates with the production cycle characteristics of related industries under the guidance plan, designs loan products that are closer to the demand, and continues to provide financing channels during the new crown pneumonia epidemic and the post-epidemic period, so that micro and small enterprises can maintain daily operations. Or carry out structural transformation to increase corporate resilience.
Project goal: To improve inclusive financial services in Pakistan and assist micro and small enterprises to obtain financing services.

Implementation method: The beneficiaries of this plan include (1) members of the Guidance Industry Association under the "Guiding Plan" of the Association or enterprises that are assisted by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, (2) women's enterprises, and (3) other micro and small enterprises. All borrowers Tax registration information is required. The Paraguayan Foundation handles the loan review process in accordance with its lending norms and procedures. The loan funds used for on-loan include the purchase of machinery and equipment and working capital. The Paraguay Foundation customizes loan products according to the production cycle and capital needs of the cooperative industries in the "Counseling Plan" of the association.
