Scope : To Set up IT Park at Tura, West Garo Hills District, Meghalaya
The Ministry of Development of North East Region (DoNER) has approved for project in North East Region under the Prime Minister’s Development Initiative for North East Region (PM-DevINE) scheme.
The approved project for the NE region is IT Park at Tura, West Garo Hills District, Meghalaya with an approved cost of Rs 126.94 crore
On March 2024, Information Technology Department, Meghalaya has floated a tender for the development of IT Park at Tura, West Garo Hills district in the state.
The scope of work entails civil works, interior works, design, HVAC, lifts, internal and external plumbing and electrical services, firefighting services, PA system, road, external development, solar water heating, EPABX system, fire alarm system, BMS and other related works.
The engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract is estimated to cost Rs 126.94 crore. Work is expected to be completed within 30 months and stipulates additional six months for testing and commissioning of services.
