SHORT DESCRIPTION:
project goal
The program focuses on SDG 5 - gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls. Multipliers and an interested general public are sensitized to feminist perspectives of women* from the Global South in various contexts, including the diaspora. The importance of this goal for the necessary global change towards sustainability, peace and the rule of law (SDG 16) and partnership-based international relations (SDG 17) is discussed. The program thus contributes to greater gender equality by making intersectional differences and concerns visible, raising awareness of different types of barriers, representing open gender concepts and mobilizing for international solidarity.
