The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to commence land acquisition new housing scheme is Prabandhnagar .
LDA chairperson and divisional commissioner Roshan Jacob approved the proposal for land acquisition for the project during a meeting.
For Prabandhnagar Scheme, discussions with farmers are on to address issues related to land acquisition.
Prabandhnagar Scheme, covering 2,077 acres on IIM Road, will cost Rs 4,500 crore. It will have residential plots spanning 20 lakh sqm, commercial plots on about 7 lakh sqm, industrial area of 14.58 lakh sqm, and mixed land use of 7 lakh sqm.
