Scope : To Build a Ramsons Trendsquares East Park Residences Project in Bengaluru, Karnataka

Work will start soon on a high-end housing project in Karnataka capital Bengaluru as construction firm BCD Group announced it has bagged a contract worth Rs 184 crore to build a residential project in the city.

The BCD Group has secured a Rs 184 crore worth of work order from Ramsons Trendsquares to construct a luxury residential housing project in Bengaluru. The housing project ‘Ramsons Trendsquares East Park Residences’ has a 1.5 million square feet area, the scope of the work for BCD is a general civil contract and the project will need close to 700 skilled workers during peak operations.

The Bengaluru real estate market is increasingly growing premium with home buyers looking for high-end projects from trusted developers.
