Queenstown Infra Projects intends to develop a residential colony at Ranimajra and Bhagatmajra villages, SAS Nagar in Rupnagar district of Punjab
The proposed project will come up on 57.80 acres of land and would comprise 19 villas with independent floors and residential plots. The project also includes facilities such as an integrated school, two creches, a dispensary, a police post, a religious building, a community centre, a commercial plot as well as other utilities.
In early August, 2023, the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Punjab, accorded environmental clearance (EC) to Queenstown Infra for the project.
The company is awaiting local permissions and plans to begin work on the project by November 2023.
