Residential Complex Tender

Scope : To Develop a Residential Complex at Sector-103 in the Gurugram District of Haryana.

Aviana Green Estates is awaiting environmental clearance to develop a residential complex at Sector-103 in the Gurugram district of Haryana.

The proposed project will take up 4.18 acres of a land parcel, and the building comprises tower A with S+first to 21 floors; tower B with S+first to 19 storey; tower C1, C2 with S+first to 19 storey; and tower D with GF+first to sixth floors in addition to parking facilities.

The project also includes the construction of a 200 klpd sewage treatment plant (STP).

Aviana Green Estates expects to start work on the project in Q1/FY24.
