Mana Projects plans to develop a residential complex at Doddakannelli village in the Bengaluru district of Karnataka. The company expects to commence the work on the project in Q1/FY24.
The complex will cover approx. 7.37 acres of land comprising two towers with 2B+G+19 upper floors, including flats and various modern amenities.
The project also involves setting up a sewage treatment plant (STP) with a capacity of 285 kld.
In December 2022, Mana Projects received environmental clearance from the state environment impact assessment authority (SEIAA), Karnataka.
The company has finalised the architect and contractor for the project.
