Project Description
The proposed transaction is an equity commitment of up to USD 25 million in favour of the Rebuild Ukraine Fund (the "Fund"), a private equity fund sponsored by Dragon Capital.
Project Objectives
The Fund will make equity and equity related investments in SMEs and Mid-Cap companies in Ukraine with the objective of generating long-term capital appreciation.
