Project Description
Provision of a senior loan of up to EUR 14 million to SC Apa Prod SA (the "Client", or the "Company"), the provider of water supply and wastewater collection and treatment services in the County of Hunedoara in Romania. The proceeds of the loan will co-finance, alongside EU Cohesion Funds, the Company's investment programme for the rehabilitation and expansion of the water and wastewater infrastructure in the County of Hunedoara (the "Project").

Project Objectives
The Project will enable SC Apa Prod to expand its operations and achieve compliance with EU directives on drinking water quality and wastewater collection and treatment.
