Project Description
The proposed investment consists of an unfunded risk sharing facility (RSF) with JSC CB PrivatBank (PrivatBank or the Bank) for a portfolio of loans, guarantees, leases and other eligible facilities to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), including those in agribusiness and women-owned MSMEs in the amount of up to US$100 million in Ukraine (the Project). IFC's risk participation in the RSF will be up to US$50 million, or 50% of the aforementioned portfolio.
The Project is expected to be supported by Blended Finance contributors under the Economic Resilience Action Program (ERA) for Ukraine, as described in the Blended Finance section.
