Project Description
The proposed senior loan of up to US$75 million to Deniz Finansal Kiralama A.S. (Deniz Leasing or the Company) aims to support the Company's strategic decision to: (i) increase its footprint in climate leasing operations (including blue leases), including leases to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and corporate clients and (ii) support women-owned and women-led SMEs (WSMEs).
The Company provides financial leases and operational leases for vehicles fleets to companies, with a market share of 11.4% in terms of leasing assets.
