Shopping Plaza Hub Tender

Scope : To Develop a Local Shopping Centre 'the Hub' at Bawadiya Kalan in Bhopal District Of Madhya Pradesh.

Paras Housing intends to develop a local shopping centre 'The Hub' at Bawadiya Kalan in Bhopal district of Madhya Pradesh. The project is likely to commence in Q1/FY24.

The proposed project will span over 2.87 acres of land parcel and would involve commercial shops, banquet halls, hotel and service apartments, including various modern amenities.

Paras Housing has appointed Epiphany Design Studio for the architectural work of the project.

In February 2023, Paras Housing was granted environmental clearance (EC) for the project from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Madhya Pradesh.

Paras Housing expects to complete the work on the project by December 2026 and is currently finalizing the contractor for the project.
