To Develop 900,000 tonnes/year Green ammonia project - Phase 1 in Sokhna integrated zone.
Pilot Phase: Annual production capacity of 100,000 tonnes, commercial operations by Q4 2029.
Phase 1: Production capacity of 900,000 tonnes/year, commercial operations by Q4 2031.
Background:
The agreement was signed by Chairman of SCZONE, CEO of the New and Renewable Energy Authority (NREA), and CEO of The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE).
